As demand for our services grows, we’re expanding our field operations team. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Helper/Glazier to support our expert glaziers on job sites throughout the NYC area.

• What You’ll Do
• Assist with measuring, handling, and installing glass, windows, doors, storefronts, and skylights
• Help cut, stage, and transport materials and tools on-site
• Learn safe installation practices under experienced supervision
• Support finishing tasks like applying capping, sashes, and moldings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Log materials and help document project activities
• What You’ll Bring
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, renovation, or hands-on work (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical skills
• Physical ability to lift glass and work on ladders or scaffolding
• Basic math and measuring ability
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across job sites in NYC
• Bonus Skills
• Experience with glass, glazing, aluminum, or construction materials
• Familiarity with tools used in glazing, carpentry, or metalwork
• Basic ability to read blueprints or sketches

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Compensation Package:
• 1099 contract
• Hourly pay
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
