About the Role
As a Business Analyst at Sportsbet you will be working within the MarTech platform team, a fully agile workspace. Acting as a liaison between the business and technical teams, translating their needs for a variety of technologies, including services, other platforms, back office, customer facing (Web and Mobile) and internal systems.
About You
You are the cornerstone of the team, and they will lean in to you to shape the day to day ways of working, keep their work tasks flowing through and remove and blockers when they arise.

Business analysis experience with proven experience as a competent BA:
Acceptance and Evaluations Criteria
Backlog Management
Business Rules
Decision Analysis and Modelling
Estimation
Functional Decomposition
Non Functional Requirements Analysis
Process Analysis and Modelling
Stakeholder Analysis
Use Cases / Use Case Models
User Stories
Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for each of the above activity, including JIRA, Confluence
Good understanding of Agile Scrum & Kanban
Exposure to and familiar with AI, and a curiosity to explore how AI can be incorporated into the day-to-day activities
Critical thinking
Understand technological concepts and able to weave them with business requirements to generate user stories in techno-functional detail
