You chat with a woman who has booked in a call to speak with you and wants to learn about our luxury portrait sessions...

You share our mission and the opportunity.

If she says yes...she has her own confidence unleashing experience (that YOU made possible)

She's crying happy tears. Her partner is speechless. She's never seen herself look so beautiful, so powerful, so... her.

Your role? Make her feel confident enough and empowered enough to say YES to herself and book in her own experience.

This role is one of the MOST important at Body & Soul. You are the change-maker, and the bouncer ;)

The numbers that matter:

Inbound calls from interested women with great stories to tell that want to buy

High volume (15-20 calls a day) high reward

Zero cold calling

Feel the difference you're making daily

Your earnings:

Generous base pay

Commission uncapped

OTE: £38,000.00-40,000.00/yr

Top performers exceeding £45k/yr

Requirements:

1+ years high-ticket B2C sales experience (preferably luxury markets)

Must have PC or laptop with a minimum of Windows 10, 8 gig ram & 256 storage

Must have internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps upload + download

Exceptional emotional intelligence

Relationship-driven sales approach

Self-motivated and wants to learn new skills
