The company is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Saatvik Green solar PV modules, Jinko Solar, JA Solar PV and Swelect modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru (Bidadi), Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad Pune, Kochi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bhiwandi & Vijaywada.

Designation: Service Engineer
Department: Technical Support & Service
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Reports To: Deputy Manager-Technical Support & Service
Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience: 0-1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Install inverters, and associated equipment on commercial properties, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including wiring problems, equipment malfunctions, and system failures.
Perform on-site repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment to restore solar system functionality.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering guidance on system optimization.
Utilize monitoring systems to track system performance, identify issues, and proactively address them.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment specifications, and repair activities.
Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure a secure work environment and safe installations.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and equipment to effectively service and troubleshoot systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
