Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data within our systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Must Have

The candidate must have good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately in various IT systems and databases.
Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain data integrity and ensure data security compliance.
Organize and manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Retrieve and analyse data as requested by the IT team.
Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with IT systems and technical terminology is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:

BBA or MBA with a background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
