HiroXR is creating a new model for marketing operations, and we need someone equally unique to help us build it. We're seeking a Strategic Marketing & Operations Professional who thrives in ambiguity, rolls up their sleeves to get things done, and can evolve with us as we grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Media Planning

· Develop integrated media strategies and optimize budgets to maximize client ROI

· Utilize media planning tools and data platforms to inform strategic recommendations

· Build scalable planning processes that support both current clients and company growth

Operations Excellence

· Support operational excellence for both HiroXR and client engagements

· Streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements

· Coordinate project timelines and cross-functional collaboration

Client Partnership

· Collaborate with senior team on strategy presentations and relationship management

· Transform performance data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations

· Support client onboarding and identify opportunities for strategic growth

Skills + Experience

Required:

· 5+ years' experience in media planning, marketing operations, or similar hybrid role

· Proven ability to optimize media budgets and implement best-in-class planning practices

· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media planning tools and data platforms

· Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

· Demonstrated curiosity about AI applications and emerging technologies

The Ideal Candidate:

· Thrives in startup environments building processes from the ground up

· Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

· Experience with traditional, digital, and emerging channels

· Background in agency or client-side environments with operational exposure

Bonus Points:

· Platform certifications (Google, Meta, programmatic)

· Experience with AI-powered planning tools or business operations software

· Background in process optimization or business operations roles

· Knowledge of AR/VR, Web3, or MarTech integration
