Job Title: IT Tech Lead Full Stack React Native Developer (Mobile & Backend)Location: Gurugram, Sector 58 Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate or within 45 days preferredAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with deep expertise in React Native and backend development to architect and drive the development of our mobile platforms. This is a leadership role where you’ll own the full tech stack—from mobile UI to backend infrastructure—and play a pivotal role in scaling our product across Android and iOS.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure our apps are robust, scalable, and delightful to use.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.- Architect and manage backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/Firebase.- Own the end-to-end app lifecycle, including publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive solutions.- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code across frontend and backend.- Stay ahead of tech trends and guide the team in adopting best practices.Requirements- 5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.- Strong backend development skills with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/Firebase.- Proven experience in API design, integration, and authentication.- Successful track record of publishing apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.- Proficiency with tools like Xcode, Android Studio, Git, Postman, and Firebase.- Solid understanding of mobile design principles, performance optimization, and responsive design.- Ability to lead projects independently and manage full development lifecycle.Preferred Skills :- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or advanced React Native libraries.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or serverless architectures.- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.- Basic proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma.- Prior experience in mentoring developers or leading tech teams.How to ApplySend your updated resume and portfolio (if available) to hr@zilantro.ai or apply directly via Naukri.Would you like me to add a short company description, highlight perks (e.g. flexible hours, hybrid work, ESOPs), or specify your preferred backend stack (Firebase vs AWS)?
