AI Developer Position
We are seeking a skilled AI developer to create and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with data pipelines, fine-tuning AI models, and deploying in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data acquisition, annotation, and versioning pipelines to prepare data for training and improving AI models.
Fine-tune AI models using PyTorch/TensorFlow or equivalent tech and integrate them with product backends.
Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking.
Rigorously test and benchmark AI models and image processing algorithms to achieve pre-set quality requirements.
Deploy AI models in air-gapped infrastructure on client-side.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in training, deploying, and maintaining AI models.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hustling attitude, proactive approach, and capability to take independent initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a disciplined work ethic.
Solid grasp of deep learning concepts for computer vision problems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building applications with geospatial data.
Previous work in satellite technology or remote sensing domains.
Experience with air-gapped system deployments.
