This is a full-time role for a Fullstack Web3 Developer, based in Faridabad/New Delhi. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining next-generation web applications, with a strong focus on integrating Web3 and blockchain technologies.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Back-end development: building scalable, secure APIs, smart contract integrations, and transaction handling systems.
Front-end development: developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks.
Web3 integration: implementing smart contract interactions, wallet connections, token standards, and decentralized application features.
Collaboration & teamwork: working closely with designers, blockchain engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Standards & quality: writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring applications meet performance, scalability, and security benchmarks.
Continuous learning: staying updated with the latest trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems to bring innovative solutions to projects.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in developing or maintaining crypto exchange platforms (centralized or decentralized)
Candidates should have practical exposure to building or managing crypto trading platforms, whether centralized (CEX) or decentralized (DEX). This includes knowledge of exchange architecture, liquidity pools, KYC/AML integration, and ensuring smooth, high-volume transaction handling.
Expertise in Back-End Web Development (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) and Full-Stack Development
Strong back-end programming skills are required to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling millions of transactions. Full-stack capabilities ensure smooth collaboration between front-end and back-end components.
Strong understanding of trading systems, liquidity management, order matching engines, and payment gateways
Knowledge of financial trading mechanisms is crucial. The candidate should understand how to implement order books, trade matching algorithms, liquidity providers, settlement systems, and fiat/crypto payment gateways.
Experience in Front-End Development (React, Next.js, Vue.js) with strong skills in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
User experience (UX) is key for trading platforms. Developers must have experience building intuitive, responsive, and secure front-end dashboards for traders and admins, ensuring seamless performance across devices.
Knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, wallets, and token standards (ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.)
A deep understanding of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or similar blockchains is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with developing and auditing smart contracts, integrating wallets (MetaMask, TrustWallet), and working with tokens.
Familiarity with Web3 integrations, APIs, and decentralized ecosystems
Candidates should be experienced with Web3.js, Ethers.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SDKs to integrate blockchain features. Familiarity with DeFi, staking, yield farming, and cross-chain bridges is a big plus.
Deep knowledge of security best practices for financial/crypto systems (encryption, authentication, fraud prevention)
Security is paramount in exchanges. The candidate must understand cryptographic security, multi-factor authentication (MFA), cold/hot wallet management, DDoS protection, penetration testing, and fraud detection systems.
Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail
Since financial transactions involve real money at risk, precision and problem-solving are essential. Candidates should be able to troubleshoot complex issues quickly while maintaining zero tolerance for errors.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in remote/hybrid environments
Crypto projects often involve global teams across different time zones. The ability to communicate clearly, document properly, and collaborate using remote tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub, etc.) is vital.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent practical experience accepted)
While formal education is valuable, we also recognize self-taught developers and industry practitioners who bring hands-on expertise, especially from working on real crypto or Web3 projects.
