Job Overview
Part-time Virtual Administrative Assistant needed to support travel coordination, supplier management, and admin tasks. This is a remote contractor role (20–25 hrs/week, flexible schedule) for candidates based in Canada.

Responsibilities

Manage Google Drive files, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
Communicate with suppliers: quotes, bookings, rates.
Prepare client itineraries and documents using Youli.
Assist with invoicing and payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Support training manual updates and onboarding.
Qualifications

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Experience with QBO, Youli, or Asana (or willing to learn).
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Travel coordination experience is an asset.
Details

Contractor role (not employee).
Must provide background check.
Provide own equipment + internet.
Rate: $25 CAD/hr.
Hours: 20–25 per week.
Must be based in Canada
