Booking Assistant

We are hiring a part-time Booking Assistant for our Boudoir Photography Studio to assist with sales calls! We're looking for someone who loves being on the phone, is great with building relationships, handling objections and has a passion for helping women feel empowered and beautiful.

Ideally we'd love to hire someone who has previous experience in sales and who will pick up the responsibilities and duties quickly. Training will be provided, but we'd love to hire someone who feels confident in stepping into this role fully and learning on the job.

If you dislike being on the phone for multiple hours each day
Requirements:

Must be available Monday-Friday after 2pm PST, preferably until 7pm and on Sunday (up to 4 hours)
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be available for a minimum 5-10 hours a week
Must have experience in google calendar
Must be able to handle back to back calls
Must have background in sales/customer service
Must be well organized, detail oriented and efficient
Must be CONFIDENT, clear spoken on the phone and in a sales role
Pay:

$25 an hour
Job Duties:

Sales calls
Following up with leads
Google calendar management
Cold Outreach, generating bookings
This is a long term position with the ability to move up to full time hours and different tasks for the right candidate.
