Backgammon Galaxy is a leading web and mobile platform for playing backgammon, with a community of 150,000+ players worldwide.

As our Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices. You will also design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

You will establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes). Additionally, you will collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.
• Define quality standards and best practices for the QA team
• Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
• Establish and maintain QA processes across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes

Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function by creating and maintaining detailed test documentation and reporting.

You will manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms.
