Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst with experience in financial data capture and analysis. The primary role involves mapping financial data from PDF reports into structured Excel formats, including Balance Sheet (B/S), Cash Flow (C/F), and Profit & Loss (P&L) tables. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret financial statements accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Extract and capture financial data from PDF reports into Excel-based formats.
• Perform field mapping based on predefined data structures (B/S, C/F, P&L).
• Analyze current and historical financial data for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure data quality by validating against standard accounting principles.

Required Qualifications:
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ICWA Inter.
• Graduates with 0–2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis or accounting.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts.

Additional Information:
• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Remote
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday and national holidays are off, as per company policy)
• Probation Period: 6 months
• Experience Required: 0–2 years in a similar role
• Salary: 15000 per month

Note: Candidates selected for this position must sign a 2-year service bond and will not be allowed to resign during this period.
