Role Overview:
• As a Client Engagement Partner (CEP), you will represent Edunutshell in driving student engagement, sales, and community-building initiatives.
• CEPs act as the primary link between students, institutions, and Edunutshell, ensuring awareness, outreach, and conversions.
• This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to begin their career in the fast-growing EdTech sector while developing strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to students and parents to promote Edunutshell’s programs.
• Build and engage student communities, supporting Campus Growth Leaders.
• Generate leads, maintain pipelines, and achieve monthly targets.
• Collaborate with peers and faculty for outreach activities.
• Report progress and share insights with the central team.

Eligibility:
• Open to graduates and final-year students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory).
• Self-driven, organized, and passionate about the education sector.
• Must have laptop/desktop and internet (WFH setup).

Compensation & Perks:
• Fixed Stipend: ₹20,000/month in Probation
• Performance-based growth: Post-probation CTC ₹2.8 – ₹4.5 LPA.
