Role: Desktop Support Engineer (Casual Dispatch)
Location: Melbourne

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day onsite/remote desktop support (hardware, software, and applications)
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in ticketing systems
Perform break-fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution across customer operating systems and platforms
Support installations, upgrades, imaging, and re-imaging of laptops/desktops
Provide support for Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, SCCM, and related technologies
Required Technical Skills

Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow / ITSM / CA)
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy updates, and networking fundamentals
Skills in PC building, installations, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows 7–10, MS Office 365, and enterprise antivirus solutions
Basic knowledge of Mac OS for supporting Apple users
Additional Expectations

Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work in a project-based, dispatch environment
Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors when required
Note: This is a casual dispatch role, not a full-time position.
