Delivery Helper – OTR Residential Delivery (Full-Time )

KLS Enterprise LLC is a fast-growing carrier company leading high-volume residential delivery operations across the Atlanta metro area and beyond. We specialize in last-mile delivery of furniture, appliances, and large household goods—and we are looking for reliable, motivated helpers to join our delivery teams.

This is not a local delivery position. Our contracts require an Over-the-Road (OTR) structure, where teams pick up freight from our warehouse in Norcross, GA, transport it to delivery regions, complete all assigned stops, and then return for the next route.

Role Description

As a Delivery Helper, you’ll ride alongside a box truck driver and assist with unloading and delivering large items to customers’ homes. This role requires physical strength, teamwork, and professionalism. You’ll also be expected to travel for extended periods (up to 2–3 weeks at a time).

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with loading/unloading 26ft box trucks
• Move and position furniture, appliances, and other large household goods
• Use tools such as dollies, straps, and hand/power tools to secure and assemble items
• Support the driver with navigation, directions, and communication
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers at all times
• Travel OTR and complete deliveries within assigned regions before returning to GA

Schedule & Travel
• Full-time schedule: 8–12 hour days
• OTR travel required — home time is limited (up to 2–3 weeks away depending on route)
• Routes originate in Norcross, GA

Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and appliance setups preferred
• Strong reliability and willingness to learn
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Pay: $115.00 - $140.00 per day
