About the position

Responsibilities
• Ensure orders arrive on time, are complete and of good quality
• Store products and log in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain food, beverage and paper storage areas, keeping organized, clean and up to health codes
• Rotate all product daily
• Assist Purchaser and Chef with daily assigned tasks
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils, keeping them in clean and orderly condition

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Knowledge of health department standards
