Lab Technician - Eliza / Serology

To execute the routine work in the laboratory, including documentation (as instructed), processing and conducting tests/ analysis.

 Preparation of reagents wherever required

 Maintenance of all equipment as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

 Informing seniors of critical / alert results as and when observed

 Monitoring status of all critical inputs (purchased supplies) strictly as per norms.

 Participating in all training programs arranged by the lab management.

 Executing any other task assigned by the top management from time to time.

 Ensuring that all test results are generated as per the specified turnaround time or time committed to customer.

 Conducting in-house equipment maintenance as per schedule and keep them in up to date working conditions.

 Following quality control plan including control run/ calibration of test parameters and take timely corrective actions for nonconforming testing work, where needed.

 Ensuring the Bio-Medical waste disposal is done as per the guidelines.

 Ensuring proper housekeeping and following safety and precautions guidelines.

 Ensuring the reports are saved in line to the results received on the equipment.
