Location: Navrangpura
Salary Range : 45,000 to 80,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary
As an International Travel Consultant (Night Shift, US Market), you will serve US‑based clients during Indian nighttime (aligning with US business hours). You’ll be responsible for planning, booking, and supporting comprehensive travel experiences—focusing on US-bound travel, documentation, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets. Provide travel advice tailored to US destinations and itineraries.
Itinerary Design & Booking: Create personalized trip plans including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Coordinate bookings through airlines, hotels, and partners.
Visa & Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through visa, immigration, travel insurance, and related paperwork (US, Schengen, OCI, etc.).
Sales & Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling travel services, packages, and add-ons. Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving business goals.
Customer Support & After‑Sales: Provide proactive support and problem resolution during trips (e.g., delays, cancellations), and follow up post‑travel to build client relationships and ensure loyalty
Market Research & Product Input: Stay updated on travel trends, US destination insights, and policy changes. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop new packages and promotions
Coordination & Operations: Liaise with internal teams, airline consolidators, local partners, and service providers across time zones to ensure smooth operations.
