Responsibilities: Leading and managing the execution of live transactions across various industries, including debt placements, refinancings, and leveraged finance deals.Coordinating and overseeing due diligence processes, including the preparation and review of marketing materials, financial models, and client presentations.Working closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership to develop strategic financing solutions tailored to client needs.Supporting origination efforts by preparing pitch materials and conducting market and industry research.Mentoring and managing Analysts and Interns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking within Debt Capital MarketsExperience at a bank or advisory firm that does not rely on a balance sheet for lending is highly preferred.Strong academic background with a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
