Senior Character Artist (Contract) Remote (UK-based preferred)

BULKHEAD is looking for a Senior Character Artist (Contractor) to help bring distinctive, realistic game-ready characters to life. You’ll take ownership of the full pipeline, while driving quality, and collaborating across disciplines.

What You’ll Do:
• Create and deliver AAA-quality characters
• Optimise assets for performance and fidelity.
• Collaborate with teams to solve creative and technical challenges.

What You’ll Bring:
• 4+ years’ industry experience with at least 1 shipped AA/AAA title.
• Strong skills in Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Photoshop.
• Unreal Engine 5 experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
