Title: Project Manager - Modular Interiors

Location: Bangalore, India (On-Site)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Salary Range - 4.2 to 6 LPA

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of our modular interior projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead initial client consultations and project kick-off meetings in collaboration with our design team.

Conduct precise site measurements and comprehensively document client requirements.

Assume full project ownership after a detailed handover from the design team, including a thorough review of all project documentation.

Manage all project-related documentation, including vendor contracts, site access permits, and project closure reports.

Develop resource allocation plans and manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication of scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Oversee end-to-end materials management to ensure timely delivery, accurate installation, and accountability for quality.

Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.

Maintain consistent, proactive communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing dependencies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

A minimum of 1 year of direct experience managing residential modular interior fit-out projects.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of modular furniture systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, architectural plans, and project specifications.

Professional Competencies:

Exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Superior verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated capability to manage clients, vendors, and internal design teams simultaneously.
