Overview
As an HR Specialist at GlamSteals, you will take full ownership of talent acquisition and recruitment for our Mumbai office. You will independently manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that our team grows efficiently with the right talent. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) and maintain a diverse, qualified talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with GlamSteals’ culture and requirements.
• Maintain and update job postings on internal and external platforms.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
• Implement and improve recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development, if required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (ATS, HRIS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Job Location & Working Hours
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST (On-site)
• Location: GlamSteals, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Phoenix Market City, Kurla West)
