As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls without any sales, upselling, or cross-selling involved. Your primary focus will be on responding to clients through both voice and written communication to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes tailored to individual needs.

- Work Location: Chennai- Ambattur 6

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Voice Process
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th grade required
- Shift: Rotational shift within 20Kms from the office location

- Respond to client queries related to products, services, data, and accounts via voice and written channels

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and uphold service quality
- Uphold good client outcomes as the focus of all operational activities
- Deliver exceptional client service to exceed expectations

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade
