Receptionist – Part Time / Casual

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/casual basis. As the first point of contact for families, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and families in a warm, professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls with excellent communication and phone etiquette
Managing bookings, schedules, and client enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasks
Supporting the therapy team with day-to-day operations
Helping create a welcoming, child-friendly environment in our clinic
About You

Strong communication and phone manner, with a caring and approachable style
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
Comfortable working in a busy environment with children and families
Previous experience in reception or administration preferred
NDIS knowledge/experience is highly valued but not essential – training provided
A genuine interest in supporting children and families

Pay: $42,111.87 – $74,210.52 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
