Workers Compensation Attorney

Full job description
Attorney position available in a busy law office.
We are well-established Workers' Compensation Claimant's firm.
Workers' Compensation experience is required.
Associate will be expected to represent claimants at Workers' Compensation hearings.
Additional duties include drafting appeals and rebuttals.

Applicants should possess the following skills:

Superior organizational and administrative expertise.

Applicant must be comfortable working on tasks that have deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and in-person presence

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Professional Telephone presence.

Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a Full-time position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
