Responsibilities

Job Description
• Managing the central repository for all projects and project information.
• Responsible for carrying out resource management activities including
• allocation/deallocation to projects, skill set mapping, bench management.
• Responsible for updating employee technology stack/skills after completion of projects, trainings.
• Coordinate with project leads/managers for managing data related to projects( Project Schedule & Variance, Resource Headcount, Technology Stack).
• Timely updation of MIS reports required for project planning.
• Responsible for coordination of resource planning meetings on weekly/monthly basis.
• Coordinate with project leads/managers for conducting project audits as per project audit checklist.
• Followup with employees to ensure progress reports, timesheets, project documents are updated and shared on time with concerned stakeholders.
• Assisting accounts team by providing relevant data/reports required for invoicing

Requirements

Requirements:
• should have very good knowledge and experience in Power BI
• Should have good experience in process Audits
• Should have passion for handling data and creating meaningful reports.
• Should have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• You should be able to develop rapport with all stakeholders in order to get the required information on time.
• Good listener and sharp observer
• You understand project and organizational dependencies.
• You have great forecasting skills on the technology project around effort, cost, timelines
• and scheduling. You predict realistic issues before they happen and take proactive
• actions.
• You have the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines regardless of possible
• setbacks.
• You have excellent presentation skills
