We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for a Domestic BPO process in Mumbai. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls (Domestic Process).
• Assist customers with queries, complaints, and product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work as per company guidelines and achieve performance targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts (Day shift preferred for Domestic process).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
