About the job:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting our digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, and Branding Services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals
2. Pitch digital marketing services to prospective clients
3. Understand client requirements and offer tailored digital marketing solutions
4. Prepare and present proposals and quotations
5. Follow up with leads and close sales to meet targets
6. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
8. Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings

About the role
AsaM1(Supervisor,BusinessProcessOperations)atIronMountain,yourprimaryresponsibilityistomanagelargescalecustomers,complexdigitizationoperationsatcustomersiteandIMIfacilities,superviseandmanageKRAsofareportingteambelowworkingwithgroundstaff,planoptimizedmodusoperandiforprojectsadheringbytheSOP,doingPOC(ProofofConcept)and
assistingverticalleadsinattainingmonthly,quarterly,annualgoalsandbudgets.YouwillbelargelyservingasabridgeinbetweenKeyAccountManagersandGroundDeliveryTeamtoensurebestqualitydeliverablesandtimelines,asspecified.
Youshouldhaveakeenunderstandingonthescopeofautomation,integrationofadvancedtechnology,markettrendsonoptimizingTMS(timeandmotionstudy),andsmartproductivitybyreducingmanualintervention.
Qualifying Criteria
• Targetorientedandselfmotivatedteamplayerwithdeepunderstandingofscanning,digitization,metadata,DMS(Documentmanagementsystem),workflowmanagementandautomationofrepetitivetasks.
• Musthavepreviousexperienceofhandlinglargescalejudiciaryprojects.
• Tradeexperienceofminimum5-7yrsengagingteamsizeof50-100.
• ExperienceincontributingtoAOP,GPoptimisation,projectcosting,RFPvalidatingwillbeanaddedadvantage.
• Educationalbackground:Graduateismust,MBAinOperationswillbepreferred.
• Shouldhavecoreknowledgeofproductionscanners,markettrendsonscanningdeviceswithminimumworkableexposureofserverhandling.
• MustbeacustomerorientedmanagerstrikingoptimumbalancebetweenspecifiedandagreedSOPwithbeststandardpracticesofthedigitizationindustry.
• DeepunderstandingofGoogleSheets,Docs,PresentationandMISreportingwithGoogleDataStudiowillbeanaddedadvantage.
• Knowledgeofthecompetitivelandscapeforthetradewillbeappreciated.
