26ft Box truck Amazon Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated local Amazon driver for a 26ft box truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to post office and ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of freight. You are going to neighboring states (SC,NC,TN,AL etc.)

Company Requirements:

Each Applicant will fill out a Company Application and will also provide a copy of your Driving Record within the last 30 days.
This job is a Touch Load you will have to Load and Unload your truck.
Must know how to use a Pallet Jack.
Must have at least 1 year experience driving a NON-CDL 26 foot box truck commercially.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be 30 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a Drug Test.
Must have a DOT medical card.
Driver must be very flexible.
Must have a clean criminal background
Duties

Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Maintain accurate records of ELD logs, deliveries, and delivery confirmations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or issues.
Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
Familiarity with route driving and local traffic patterns.
Proficient in driving.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and customers.
