Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with 2–3 years of experience to join our surgical team. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operative procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth workflow in the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
Assist surgeons during operations by handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.
Count surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout the procedure.
Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and materials used.
Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative support to patients as required.
Requirements:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Registration.
2–3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and OT protocols.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
