Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team at Livonia Glatt Market in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Provide product knowledge and assist with inquiries about our offerings.
Promote special deals and upsell products when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising as needed.
Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.

Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of grocery products is preferred but not mandatory.
