Fashion Buying Assistant

Our Buying Assistant will possess a love of vintage clothing from all eras and a desire to support and contribute to the Merchandise & Ecommerce team in all aspects of the business. You’re detail-obsessed, organized and able to prioritize and quickly adapt to changes occurring in the business.

What You’ll Accomplish:

Assist Merchant & Buyer in writing and managing product PO's and vendors.
Data entry into the company ERP system that organizes current and new skus for customer facing on the website
Maintain and develop solid relationships with our existing vendors and help look for new ones.
Make suggestions on new styles and when it's time to re-order existing styles.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

1-3 year of Assistant Buying experience is a must.
AA or BA in Fashion Design & Merchandising in a plus.
Proficient with MACs is a must.
NetSuite experience a plus.
An individual who demonstrates strong initiative, organization and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Independent worker that can also collaborate with a team
