History Teacher

As a History teacher you would help the students to understand the diverse nature of historical experiences, achievements and historical changes. You would help them to appreciate the history, heritage and culture of the United Kingdom and the wider world, and develop skills in evaluating sources of evidence.

We are keen that students have an opportunity to extend their interest and enthusiasm for History by taking part in a range of extracurricular activities such as clubs, visits and competitions. We would welcome any contribution you could make to these activities

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience in Teaching History in KS3 KS4
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Enhanced DBS on updated service
