Your Impact in This Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with small cohorts, allowing you to provide tailored, nurturing support that helps learners achieve their academic goals and boost their language skills. You'll be crucial in designing and delivering engaging teaching, learning, and assessments, ensuring our learners have every opportunity to achieve pass grades in both GCSE and Functional Skills English.

What We're Looking For

We need a self-motivated individual who can work both collaboratively and independently. To excel in this position, you'll need:

Proven experience and excellent results teaching both GCSE and Functional Skills English.
Outstanding classroom management skills and a strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
A UK Teaching Qualification (e.g., DET, DTTLS, PGCE).
Exceptional subject knowledge paired with strong communication skills.
Good IT skills, including proficiency with Word and Excel.
A desirable UK Assessors Qualification (e.g., A1) or a UK Internal Quality Assurance Qualification (e.g., V1) would be a plus!
