Role Overview
We need a results-oriented marketer who can manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on e-commerce growth, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Budget Management: Allocate budgets strategically to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
A/B Testing: Experiment with ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to boost performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
Targeting & Segmentation: Identify high-performing keywords and audiences to drive sales.
Retargeting & Remarketing: Create and optimize retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and customer retention.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers to ensure high-converting landing pages.
Competitor & Market Research: Monitor competitor ads and stay updated with industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads for e-commerce brands.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and ROAS.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
