What You’ll Do

As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our client base in the IT staffing domain, with a particular focus on startups. Your day-to-day will involve:

Identifying & Targeting Potential Clients – Research and reach out to startups and IT companies that align with our services.
Developing & Implementing Acquisition Strategies – Create actionable plans to build a strong client pipeline.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management – Build trust, maintain regular communication, and nurture long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence – Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
Collaboration – Coordinate with our internal recruitment teams to deliver the best talent solutions for clients.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and resourceful professional who:

Has 6 months to 2 years of experience in client acquisition, preferably in IT staffing for startups.
Is based in Kolkata (to enable weekly in-person strategy meetings).
Can work independently in a remote setup while being a proactive communicator.
Is tech-savvy and adaptable to modern business tools.
Brings a hunger to learn, grow, and succeed in a competitive market.
