Full job description
We are a US-based company actively seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in India to support our growing operations remotely. This is a long-term, full-time position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of data entry and admin processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms.
Manage calendar scheduling, email responses, and task coordination.
Organize digital files, create reports, and maintain records.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners via email and chat.
Support operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional spoken and written English.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Prior VA, admin, or remote work experience preferred.
Compensation:
₹20,000 to ₹35,000 INR/month (starting range, based on skills and experience).
Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Must be available to work US Eastern Time (8am to 6pm EST ~ 5:30pm to 3:30am IST).
