Key Responsibilities :
- Design seasonal collections using Khadi and other handwoven fabrics
- Create original sketches, mood boards, and tech packs
- Work closely with the production and tailoring teams to develop prototypes and final garments
- Source sustainable materials and trims in line with the brand's ethos
- Stay updated with fashion trends and reinterpret them with a traditional touch
- Participate in exhibitions, fashion events, and promotional campaigns
Requirements :
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fashion design (experience with Khadi or handloom is a plus)
- Strong sketching, illustration, and CAD skills
- Understanding of garment construction and pattern making
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for sustainable fashion and traditional crafts
