Regional Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager for Telangana and Andhrapradesh.

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the region, ensuring effective execution of business strategies, managing a team of branch managers, and coordinating with various departments to achieve business targets. Responsibilities also include monitoring loan disbursal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing customer relationships to promote service excellence.

Qualifications
• Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in team supervision and development
• Proficiency in loan processing
• Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the NBFC/HFC sector
• Customer relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze data and leverage technology for operational efficiency
• Training and Developement of team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Overall 7+ years of experiance in housing finance sectors.
