Full job description
We're looking for a female candidate to join our friendly beach homestay in Alleppey, Kerala as a Guest Relations Executive cum Caretaker, who is happy to stay on-site and be part of our warm and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, live-in role ideal for someone who enjoys peaceful surroundings and wants to build a career in hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests with a warm smile, smart attire and a pleasant, professional manner
Assisting guests during check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
Coordinating bookings and follow-ups
Communicating comfortably in English
Supporting with bedding and light housekeeping when required
Caretaking of property

A high standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism
Smart appearance and guest-friendly attitude
Willingness to live on-site and be available to support guests as needed
Ability to prepare and serve light breakfast when requested

Willing to relocate and stay full-time in Alleppey, Kerala

Hospitality experience preferred, but not mandatory if you're responsible and a quick learner
While the role requires full-time presence, the workload is light—especially after completing morning duties and check-ins, leaving the rest of the day relatively free.
