About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, highly organised, multi-talented person to work closely with the Director in a just formed startup company in the Agri space, starting with natural fragrance ingredients industry. If you're passionate about growing the category, and learning how each department works, enjoy traveling, and want to grow with a fast-moving business, this is your opportunity!

Your Responsibilities

1) Sales & Customer Service,

2) Travel for Trade Shows and to meet customers, Suppliers within India.

3) Purchase & Supplier Development for Raw Material & Packaging Material (Developing more than 3 suppliers for each product, and buying well below the sales price).

4) Quality Control (ensuring the purchase meets the Quality required by the customer).

5) Logistics - Arrange logistics to move product from source to Customer location, including coordinating with suppliers Logistics provider & arranging warehousing if necessary.

6) Coordination with various stakeholders including consultants, farmers, directors and others if need be.

7) Arranging Samples, Sample Labels, Product Labels, Product, Invoice, etc..

8) Marketing - Handle Instagram, WhatsApp & customer inquiries

9) Operations - Assist in daily business operations

Must Have

Strong communication skills (English / Hindi / Tamil / Malayalam)

Eagerness to learn and adapt

Willingness to travel anytime - There will be extensive travel

Self Drive to work by yourself to develop the category

Two Wheeler & two wheeler license.

Good to Have

Social media / content creation skills
