Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Cold Calling Executive to join our IT services team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, client interaction, and appointment setting for IT-related services such as web development, app development, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients
Present and promote IT services confidently over the phone
Understand client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Requirements:

1–2 years of cold calling / telemarketing / BDE experience
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic understanding of IT services and products
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
Comfortable working remotely or from office for 4 hours a day
Work Hours:

4 hours/day (Flexible shift – Morning or Afternoon)
Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
