Bank Support Worker (Female)

What you’ll do:

Provide personal care and daily living support.
Encourage independence through person-centred support plans.
Support with health needs (medication, appointments).
Promote engagement in social, leisure, and community activities.
Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
What we’re looking for:

Caring, patient, and positive attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible and reliable.
Experience in care is desirable but not essential.
Driving licence is desirable.
