Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meet prospective customers.

Guide clients through the property buying process.

Handle site visits and explain project details.

Maintain follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Any degree (freshers or experienced)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Two-wheeler with valid license (Preferred)

Local area knowledge (Trichy surroundings)

Basic smartphone knowledge (Calls, WhatsApp, Google Maps)
