KVR Infinity is a fast-growing EdTech platform offering high-quality, career-focused educational programs to students across India. Our mission is to make learning accessible and impactful through expert-led courses and interactive learning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students from provided leads.
Clearly explain course details, benefits, and fee structures in Kannada and Malayalam.
Convert leads into course enrollments by addressing student queries and concerns.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada and Malayalam (mandatory).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus (freshers with good communication are welcome).
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on performance and experience).
Incentives for meeting or exceeding targets.
Training provided on product knowledge and sales techniques.
