We are a transport company in Georgetown ON currently seeking a Dispatch and Safety coordinators to join our team.

Expectations:

To act as a communication point for logistic needs that will require them to receive requests, answer calls and track vehicles
Knowledge of trucking softwares and ELD portals.
Punctual, strong time management and attention to detail oriented.
Good Communication Skills.
Ready to indulge in a multi tasking environment.
Job Duties:

Checking Driver Logs as per DOT and MTO requirements .
Checking for Driver alerts and violations.
Custom Clearences for shipments
Fleet and Safety Data entry in internal software system.
Auditing company operations, accident reports and driver trainings as per the policies and procedures and checking the CVOR and SMS files for the company and other safety related issues.
Providing dispatch assistance for shipments by email and phone, including booking, entering, and tracing loads
Dealing with any customer questions or concerns in a professional manner
Location - Georgetown, ON

Requirements: Trucking operations and safety experience needed.
