3rd Party Collections | Work From Home (Mumbai-based Only - LENDING)

We are actively hiring for our 3rd Party Collections process. Please refer to the detailed requirements below:

Location: Mumbai-based candidates only

Experience: Minimum 1 year of International BPO voice experience

Communication: Excellent spoken English

(hr team will quote the salary to the candidates) + ₹1,000 Wi-Fi allowance

Shifts: Fixed shifts | Fixed weekends off | 1st Saturday is a half-day

Working Hours: 10 hours (9 hours login + 1 hour break)

Assets Provided: Desktop only (no laptops)

Camera Policy: Must remain ON during working hours

Documents Required:

For interview: Updated CV + last 3 months’ salary slips

Post-selection: Bank statements are mandatory

Need excellent communication skills

1yr international bpo exp voice process mandatory

Mumbai based candidates only

6.30pm to 4.30am
