Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹99,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

Trial Period: Paid trial → Permanent position upon successful performance

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Developer to build secure and scalable APIs, support team members, and manage backend logic for our products.

This is a full-time remote coder/programmer position, starting with a paid trial. Upon satisfactory performance, a permanent role will be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage RESTful APIs in Python

Use frameworks like FastAPI or Django

Help and mentor co-developers when needed

Write clean, documented, and scalable backend code

Optimize systems for performance and security

Collaborate remotely with the technical team

Requirements:

Strong command of Python (mandatory)

Experience with C# / .NET Core is a plus

3+ years of experience in API or backend development

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiar with version control (Git), debugging tools, and database design
