Full job description
Silver Group of Resorts with presence in Daman & Manor is looking to appoint Tele Sales Executives to support the sales for two resorts: Silver Waves Resort & Spa Daman and Silver Sands Beach Resort Daman having in total 164 keys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling Inquiries: Providing information and directions to the Resort website so that potential guests can check room availability, rates, packages, and amenities to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.

- Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential guests.

Key Skills:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective interactions with potential guests to effectively present Resort services and promotions and to actively listen to guest’s needs and offer suggestions accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
